摘要
为提高铁路重载机车车钩钩体砂芯成形性和溃散性,采用改性水玻璃砂射芯工艺进行工艺试验,研究芯砂配比和射芯参数对砂芯质量的影响。结果显示:改性水玻璃加入质量分数5.5%~6%、吹CO2气体硬化100 s时,砂芯具有较高的强度和良好的成形性,溃散性相比于普通水玻璃砂芯提高了3倍左右。
In order to improve the formability and collapsibility of the coupler body sand core of railway heavy-haul locomotive,the modified sodium silicate sand shot core technology was used to carry out the technology test,and the influence of the ratio of core sand and shot core parameters on the quality of the sand core was studied.The results showed that when modified water glass was added with the mass fraction of 5.5% ~ 6% and hardened by CO2 for 100 s,the sand core had higher strength,good formability and collapsibility,which was about 3 times higher than that of ordinary water glass sand core.
