摘要
应用于某设备上的横梁结构件其整体壁厚较薄且内部为复杂空腔结构。针对此横梁的特点设计其型芯组成方案,并且结合铸件要求的特点设计铸件的砂型重力铸造方案,并采用Anycasting软件进行工艺数值模拟,证明此种浇注位置和方案对于型芯固定、充填性,以及在铸件质量、造型成本等方面达到最优。
The beam applied to a certain equipment has thin wall and complex cavity structure.The article designs the core composition scheme for the characteristics of the beam,and designs the sand gravity casting scheme of the casting according to the characteristics required by the casting.The use of Anycasting software for numerical simulation of the process proves that the casting position and solution are optimal for core fixing,filling,and casting quality and molding cost.
