FS粉在静压造型线上的应用

摘要 为了减少大量冷芯砂混入型砂而带来的不良影响,采用FS粉取代煤粉在静压造型线上生产缸体、缸盖类铸件。根据FS粉的性能特征,制定工艺来改善型砂性能和铸件黏砂、砂眼等问题。试验表明,通过调整膨润土、FS粉及粉尘加入量可以控制使用FS粉带来的落砂问题,同时还能有效地改善铸件的质量及砂型的成型率。 In order to reduce the bad effect caused by molding sand mixed with a lot of cold core sand, the cylinder block and cylinder head castings were produced by using FS powder instead of coal powder on the Seiatzu molding line. According to the performance characteristics of FS powder, trial process was developed to improve the properties of molding sand and solve the problems of sand burning and sand hole of casting. The test results show that by adjusting the addition amount of bentonite, FS powder and dust, the knockout problem caused by using FS powder can be controlled, and the casting quality and molding rate of sand mold can be improved effectively.
