摘要
本文介绍了CA15马氏体钢双吸泵体的材质特性及其特殊结构,该铸件在生产过程中出现多处裂纹缺陷。通过铸造裂纹缺陷产生原因分析,优化材料成分比例和铸造工艺,基本消除裂纹缺陷,生产出合格铸件。
This paper introduces the material characteristics of CA15 martensitic steel and the special structure of double suction pump.Crack defects were basically eliminated and qualified castings were produced by analyzing the causes of casting cracks,optimizing of material composition ration and casting process.
