方解石对白铅矿硫化浮选性能影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过浮选实验、吸附量测试、Zeta电位测试等方法研究了方解石对白铅矿硫化浮选的影响。结果表明,丁基黄药作用下白铅矿的可浮性较好,而方解石基本不可浮;方解石粒度对白铅矿硫化浮选影响较大,粒度越小白铅矿硫化浮选性能越差;pH=9.5左右时,白铅矿表面荷负电,方解石表面荷正电,两种矿物由于静电吸引作用而发生异相凝聚,使微细粒方解石罩盖在白铅矿表面,从而降低硫化钠在白铅矿表面的吸附,抑制白铅矿的浮选。 The effect of calcite on the sulphidizing flotation performance of cerussite was studied by micro flotation test,adsorption measurement and zeta potential analysis.The results show that,cerussite can be well floated while calcite can hardly be collected in the sulphidizing xanthate flotation system.The granule size of calcite affects the sulphidizing flotation of cerussite,that is,the finer the calcite particle is,the lower the cerussite recovery will be.In the pulp with pH value around 9.5,cerussite is negatively charged while calcite is positively charged.Hence,a heterocoagulation occurs between them owing to the electrostatic attraction,and the adsorption of sodium sulfide on cerussite is depressed because of the microfine calcite coat thereon,resulting in a weakened floatability of cerussite.
