摘要
对中亚某金品位4.35 g/t金矿石进行了选冶联合工艺试验研究。采用氧化焙烧预处理 氰化浸出工艺,在焙烧给料细度-0.074 mm粒级占75%、氧化气氛下焙烧120 min,焙砂磨至-0.074 mm粒级占90%,在氰离子浓度0.10%条件下浸出48 h,金浸出率达到86.39%,浸渣金品位0.59 g/t。
A combined beneficiation metallurgical processing technique has been introduced to treat a refractory gold ore grading 4.35 g/t Au from Central Asia.By using a process consisting of pretreatment with oxidizing roasting and cyanide leaching,the feed ore with the size of-0.074 mm 75%is firstly subjected to the roasting in an oxidizing atmosphere for 120 min,and the roasted ore,after being milled to a fineness of-0.074 mm 90%,is then subjected to leaching for 48 h in the solution with the cyanide ion concentration of 0.10%,resulting in gold leaching rate up to 86.39%,with the gold content in the leached residue reduced to 0.59 g/t.
