含铌铁矿粉氢气选择性还原过程中硫行为的研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了实现铌与硫、铁等分离,使铌富集在渣中,针对包头白云鄂博含铌铁矿粉进行了气基选择性还原 渣金熔分工艺研究。结果表明,在通氢量90 L/h、950℃下保温3 h对含铌铁矿粉进行还原,矿粉中的FeS2能被氢气还原从而达到脱硫的效果,约有9.9%的硫以H2S气体的形式排出、89.5%的硫以FeS的形式进入Fe相中;还原后的矿粉在1550℃下熔分25 min,得到富铌渣,铌收得率大于98%,富铌渣中铌品位提高约2.1倍,脱硫率约为99.5%,脱铁率约为97%。 In order to achieve the purpose for niobium being separated from sulfur,iron and other elements,then concentrated in the slag,an experimental study was conducted for the Baotou Baiyun Obo strontium iron ore powder by using a process composed of gas based selective reduction and smelting separation of gold containing slag.The results show that after Nb bearing iron ore powder is reduced with hydrogen flux at 90 L/h and held at the temperature of 950℃for 3 h,the FeS2 in the ore powder can be reduced by hydrogen,achieving desulfurization.It is found that nearly 9.9%of the sulfur is emitted in the form of H2S gas and 89.5%of the sulfur is converted into FeS in Fe phase.The reduced ore powder is smelted at 1550℃for 25 min,yielding the Nb rich slag,with the yield of Nb exceeding 98%.It is shown that the obtained Nb rich slag also has Nb grade increased by about 2.1 times,with the desulfurization rate around 99.5%and the iron removal rate around 97%.
