摘要
以铝灰为原料,采用水洗 酸浸法制备聚氯化铝。研究结果表明:铝灰水洗后,在盐酸浓度14.8%、液固比4.5∶1、反应温度90℃、反应时间0.5 h、搅拌速率200 r/min、聚合温度50℃、聚合时间5 h的优化条件下,铝灰水洗渣铝浸出率达73.49%,液体聚合氯化铝产品盐基度46.73%,Al2O3含量9.58%,产品质量达到国家标准。
With aluminum ash as the raw material,the polyaluminum chloride was prepared by adopting the process of water washing acid leaching.The aluminum ash,after washing,was subjected to hydrochloric acid leaching at 90℃for 0.5 h with acid concentration at 14.8%,a liquid solid ratio at 4.5∶1,stirring rate at 200 r/min,and then polymerization at 50℃for 5 h.The result shows that the leaching rate of aluminum from the slag after water washing reaches 73.49%,and the liquid polyaluminum chloride product is obtained with the basicity at 46.73%and Al2O3 content at 9.58%,indicating the product is up to the national standard.
