摘要
以赤泥和粉煤灰为主要原料,添加造孔剂制备了赤泥 粉煤灰基多孔陶瓷基体,在基体表面负载稀土制备了La负载赤泥 粉煤灰基多孔陶瓷。结果表明:赤泥和粉煤灰比例为8∶2,造孔剂添加量为40%,在1020℃下烧结、保温60 min制备的多孔陶瓷的气孔率为52.5%、体积密度为1.83 g/cm3、碎裂应力为121.26 N,稀土负载量为1.61%,对Cr(Ⅵ)吸附量为0.4056 mg/g。
Red mud fly ash based porous ceramic matrix was prepared with red mud and fly ash as main raw materials by adding pore forming agent.Then,La loaded red mud fly ash based porous was prepared by loading rare earth on the surface of the matrix.It is found that after sintering process with red mud and fly ash in the ratio of 8∶2,by adding pore forming agent at an amount of 40%,holding at the temperature of 1020℃for 60 min,the prepared porous ceramics has the porosity of 52.5%,the bulk density of 1.83 g/cm3 and the fragmentation stress of 121.26 N.The loaded rare earth is 1.61%and the adsorption amount of Cr(Ⅵ)is 0.4056 mg/g.
