半焦替代部分无烟煤喷吹的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 从煤质、灰熔点、流动性、燃烧性能、可磨性等方面对无烟煤和半焦进行了研究对比,并对配加半焦对混合煤性能的影响进行了研究。试验研究表明:半焦的灰分、挥发分接近或略低于无烟煤,燃烧性能较无烟煤好,灰熔点较高,流动性能接近烟煤,但可磨性较差;在半焦替代无烟煤喷吹过程中需结合磨机制粉能力合理控制半焦的配比,以免造成制粉量降低、制粉成本升高。 In this paper,anthracite and semi-coke are studied and compared from the aspects of coal quality,ash melting point,fluidity,combustion performance and grindability. The experimental results show that the ash and volatile content of semi-coke are close to or slightly lower than anthracite,its combustion performance is better than anthracite,its ash melting point is higher,and its fluidity is close to bituminous coal,but its grindability is poor. In the process of replacing anthracite with semi-coke,semi-coke should be reasonably controlled. The proportion of carbon should be combined with the grinding capacity of the mill,so as to avoid the reduction of the amount of powder and the increase of the cost of powder making.
