钢包全程加盖后炼钢温度模型的优化与应用

摘要 针对钢包全程加盖后空包温降、重包温降的变化规律,优化炼钢温度模型,达到了稳定生产、提高中包温度命中率、降低成本的目的。温度模型优化应用后,中包温度命中率提高了4. 78%,温度异常坯比例降低了3. 84%,吨钢降本8. 57元。 Aiming at the variation law of molten steel temperature after the whole process of ladle cover,steelmaking temperature model is optimized,the goal of stable production,improving the package temperature hit rate and reducing cost is achieved. After the optimization and application of the temperature model,the hit rate of middle ladle temperature is increased by 4. 78%,the proportion of abnormal billet is reduced by 3. 84%,and the cost per ton steel is reduced by8. 57 RMB.
