摘要
受原料场场地的限制,安钢3#烧结机未采用常规的预配料加二次料场混匀供料方式,而是采用了单品种直供料模式,当铁料配比调整时需要做腾仓、上料、切换、预调、回调等一系列操作,技术人员通过程序优化建立了安钢3#烧结机单品种换料标准化操作模型,做到了预知预判,保证了铁料配比变更过程中烧结过程的顺利衔接以及烧结矿质量的稳定。
Due to the limitation of the raw material field,Angang 3# sintering machine does not use the conventional pre-batch and secondary stock mixing method,but adopts the single-type direct feeding mode,and when the iron material proportion is adjusted,a series of operations such as boring,feeding,switching,pre-adjusting,callback and the like are required,a standardized operation model for the single-variety refueling of Angang 3# sintering machine is establish by the technicians through the optimization of the program,which can predict the sintering process and ensure the smooth connection of the sintering process and the stability of the sinter quality in the process of the change of the iron ratio.
