摘要 通过研究分析唐钢2号高炉炉墙结厚的原因,在实践中总结炉墙结厚的征兆,使用插集团焦+休风改汽化技术,能快速处理掉炉墙结厚;根据炉墙结厚因素制定综合预防高炉炉墙结厚技术,确保了高炉炉况稳定顺行,为高炉经济技术指标提升奠定了基础。 Through the research and analysis of the reason of the thickening of No. 2 blast furnace wall of Tangshan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,the sign of thickness of the furnace wall are summarized in the practice,and thickness of the furnace wall can be quickly processed by burning the group coke and changing to vaporization during the blast furnace rest.The technology of comprehensive prevention of thickenings of the blast furnace wall is developed according to the factors affecting the thickenings of the furnace wall,the stable and smooth operation of the blast furnace furnace is ensured,and the basis for improving the technical index of the blast furnace is laid.
