摘要
介绍了Q390级别U型钢板桩两种微合金化生产工艺的化学成分设计方案,统计对比了两种生产工艺的钢板桩力学性能过程控制能力,得出采用钒氮或铌微合金化生产的钢板桩性能指标均能满足标准要求。同时借鉴日本某钢厂钢板桩实物质量分析,开发生产了SY295Al(Q295级)钢板桩。用户反映唐钢Q390级别和Q295级别U型钢板桩实物使用效果良好。目前,唐钢形成PU400×170、PU400×125 SY295Al、SY390钢板桩批量稳定生产能力。
Chemical design of two micro-alloy Q390 grade U-sheet pile is introduced. SPC analysis indicates both VN micro-alloyed and Nb micro-alloyed sheet pile can meet the properties requiremen t of the standards. SY295 Al( Q295 grade) was developed with reference to Japan’s product. Application proved that Q390 grade and Q295 grade U-sheet piles produced by Tangsteel are comparable to the benchmark. Currently PU400 × 170,PU400 × 125 SY295 Al and SY390 U-sheet pile can be steadily produced in batch in Tangsteel.
