摘要
供给侧改革实行"创新-协调-绿色-开放-共享"的原则,从提高供给质量出发,旨在用变革的办法优化供给结构,使其能够灵活顺应需求的变化,实现资源的优化配置。从安钢发展现状着手,结合供给侧改革和产业政策导向,介绍了安钢立足转型发展实际,大力推进实施"创新驱动、品质领先、提质增效、转型发展""十三五"总体战略。
The supply-side reform implements the principle of " innovation-coordination-green-open-sharing",In order to improve the quality of supply,the purpose of this paper is to optimize the supply structure by means of reform,so that it can flexibly adapt to the change of demand and realize the optimal allocation of resources. From the current situation of the development of Anyang Steel,combined with the reform of supply side and the guidance of industrial policy,this paper introduces the development of Anyang Steel foothold on the reality of transformation,the implementation of"innovation-driven,quality-leading,quality-enhancing,transformational development"and " 13 th Five-Year" strategy are vigorously promoted.
