无损检测作为现代科学技术基础上产生和发展的检测技术,在特种设备检验检测行业中起着越来越重要的作用,作为锅炉检测五大常规检测之一的磁粉检测,它对特种设备检测的重要性是不言而喻的。结合工作实践经验,文中对磁粉检测的基本原理和应用进行了简单探讨和分析,同时系统控制外在因素,提高磁粉检测质量。

Nondestructive testing as modern science and technology detecting technology on the basis of production and the development,the special equipment inspection testing plays a more and more important role in the industrial,as one of boiler inspection five conventional magnetic particle testing,it is self-evident for the importance of the special equipment testing in combination with working practice experience.In this paper,the basic principle and application of magnetic particle testing has carried on the simple discussion and analysis,system control external factors at the same time,improve the quality of magnetic particle testing.
