摘要
燃烧问题是影响燃煤工业锅炉经济运行的一个主要问题,然而,一个严重影响燃烧设备经济、安全运行的问题,一直以来却被大家忽视,这就是燃烧设备送风、配风系统。文中通过对某企业两台10 t/h链条层燃锅炉的燃烧状况、阴阳燃烧现象分析以及对两台锅炉进行炉底布风技术改造。改造后通过冷态炉排面风压实验看出,炉排横向风压分布较为平衡均匀,分室送风沿炉排横向分布不均的问题得到根本解决。锅炉改造重新投运后锅炉燃烧均匀,煤炭燃烧较完全,炉渣含碳量明显降低,锅炉排烟热损失减小,验证了炉底布风技术对改进锅炉燃烧,提高锅炉热效率效果明显。
The burning problem is a major problem affecting the economic operation of coal-fired industrial boilers.However,a problem that seriously affects the economic and safe operation of combustion equipment has been ignored by everyone.This is the air supply and distribution system of combustion equipment.This paper analyzes the combustion status,yin and yang combustion phenomena of two 10 t/h chain-burning boilers in a certain enterprise,and the technical transformation of the bottom of the two boilers.After the transformation,it was found that the lateral wind pressure distribution of the grate was relatively even and even,and the problem of uneven distribution of the sub-room air supply along the horizontal distribution of the grate was fundamentally solved.After the boiler was re-commissioned,the boiler burned evenly,the coal combustion was complete,the carbon content of the slag was significantly reduced,and the heat loss of the boiler exhaust gas was reduced.It was verified that the furnace bottom ventilation technology has obvious effects on improving boiler combustion and improving boiler thermal efficiency.
