摘要
北方某电厂现有电厂设备已经老化,而且供热出力不足,环保设施也不达标,但厂区建设发展用地有限,建设单位在考虑到电厂规划发展的基础上,比较三种方案的优劣。
The existing power plant equipment of a power plant in the north has been aging,and the heating output is insufficient,and the environmental protection facilities are not up to standard.However,the construction and development land of the plant area is limited.The construction unit compares the advantages and disadvantages of the three schemes on the basis of considering the development of the power plant.
