静电纺SiO2/PVDF-HFP锂离子电池隔膜的制备及性能 被引量:4

摘要 以聚偏二氟乙烯-六氟丙烯(PVDF-HFP)为基材,通过静电纺丝法制备SiO2/PVDF-HFP纤维膜,并用作锂离子电池隔膜。详细研究了隔膜的吸液率、耐热性、孔隙率及电化学性能等。研究结果表明,SiO2/PVDF-HFP纤维膜的吸液率达到620%,室温下的离子电导率为2.92 mS/cm。以SiO2/PVDF-HFP纤维膜为隔膜组装的扣式电池的首周放电比容量为175 mAh/g,经100次循环后电池容量保持率为92%,循环性能良好。 In this paper,SiO2/PVDF-HFP fiber membranes were prepared by electrospinning using polyvinylidene fluoride-hexafluoropropylene(PVDF-HFP)as the substrate and separators of lithium ion batteries.The physical performance,including electrolyte absorption rate,thermal stability,porosity,and electrochemical properties such as ionic conductivities of membranes at room temperature,and cycling performance of the separators were investigated.The results show that the SiO2/PVDF-HFP membrane has a high electrolyte absorption ratio of 620%and the ionic conductivity is 2.92 mS/cm at the room temperature.The initial discharge specific capacity of the prepared lithium-ion battery is 174 mAh/g and the battery capacity retention rate is 92%after 100 cycles.
