正极集流体对锂离子电池性能的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用扫描电镜、交流阻抗、电性能测试等手段研究对比了除油铝光箔、腐蚀铝箔、涂碳铝箔、冶金结合型C/Al复合箔[分别为:CNT-PyC/Al-P(多孔型)、CNT-PyC/Al-Y(低孔型)]五种不同的集流体对磷酸铁锂电池及极片的方阻、粘接强度、倍率性能的影响。结果表明,以多孔型冶金结合型C/Al复合箔为集流体的电池在极片粘接强度、交流阻抗、方阻、倍率性能、循环寿命等方面具有明显优势,是大功率、长寿命锂离子电池的理想集流体材料。 The effect of five different current collectors on the square resistance,bond strength,and rate performance of lithium iron phosphate batteries and electrodes were studied and compared by scanning electron microscopy,AC impedance,electrical performance test and other means,including oil-repellent aluminum foil,corroded aluminum foil,carbon-coated aluminum foil,metallurgical bonded C/Al composite foil namely high porosity CNT-PyC/Al-P and low porosity CNT-PyC/Al-Y.The results show that the battery with porous metallurgical bonded C/Al composite foil as a current collector has the obvious advantages in electrode bond strength,AC impedance,square resistance,rate performance,cycle life,etc.therefore,the porous metallurgical bonded C/Al composite foil is an ideal current collector material for high power,long life lithium ion batteries.
