摘要
接触是高复合活性的金属界面和体吸收层之间的区域。为了提高硅太阳电池的转换效率,关键是降低接触处的复合损失。阐述了接触的概念和蕴含的物理机理,分析了PERC太阳电池、TOPCon太阳电池、a-Si:H/c-Si异质结太阳电池和TMO/c-Si异质结太阳电池中的接触技术,总结和展望了钝化载流子选择性接触的特性和发展前景。
Contact area is a region between the highly recombination active metal interface and the bulk absorber layer.In order to increase the conversion efficiency of silicon solar cells,it is the key to reduce the recombination losses at the contact area.This paper demonstrated the concepts of contacts and underlying physical mechanism,analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the contacts in PERC solar cell,TOPCon solar cell,a-Si:H/c-Si heterojunction solar cell and TMO/c-Si heterojunction solar cell,and summarized the characteristics and prospect of passivating and carrier-selective contacts.
