江苏先进制造业集群:关系嵌入性、动态能力与企业创新绩效

Advanced Manufacturing Cluster in Jiangsu:Embedding,Dynamic Capabilities and Enterprise Innovation Performance

关系嵌入性是影响企业创新的重要因素,文章构建“关系嵌入性—动态能力—企业创新绩效”的理论框架,通过对江苏210家先进制造业集群企业进行问卷调查,从动态能力视角出发,实证探究关系嵌入性、动态能力与企业创新绩效之间的关系,并进一步研究了关系嵌入性对企业创新绩效的影响机制。研究结果表明:在集群网络中,企业间的关系强度、关系质量与企业创新绩效呈正相关;在先进制造业集群中,由机会感知能力和资源整合能力构成的动态能力是“关系嵌入性—企业创新绩效”的中介变量。研究结果丰富了先进制造业集群企业创新绩效的前因,拓展了先进制造业集群背景下网络理论的范畴。

Relationship embedding is an important factor affecting enterprise innovation.This paper constructs the theoretical framework of"relationship embedding-dynamic capability-enterprise innovation performance".Through a questionnaire survey of 210 advanced manufacturing cluster enterprises in Jiangsu and from the perspective of dynamic capabilities,empirically explores the relationship between embedding dynamic capabilities and corporate innovation performance,and further studies the impact mechanism of relationship embedding on corporate innovation performance.The research results show that in the cluster network,the relationship strength and relationship quality between enterprises are positively correlated with the innovation performance of enterprises;in the advanced manufacturing cluster,the dynamic capability consisting of opportunity perception ability and resource integration ability is the mediator variable of"relationship embedding-enterprise innovation performance".It further enriched the antecedents of the innovation performance of advanced manufacturing cluster enterprises and expanded the scope of network theory in the context of advanced manufacturing clusters.
