摘要 糖尿病肾病是导致终末期肾病的主要原因之一。作为肾小球滤过屏障的组成部分,足细胞在糖尿病肾病发生发展过程中起着重要作用,是糖尿病肾病病理机制及相关药物药理研究的重要靶点之一。本文从抗脱落、抗凋亡、抗氧化应激、抗转分化及调节信号通路等方面探讨中药及其有效成分对糖尿病肾病足细胞损伤保护的分子机制,为中药治疗糖尿病肾病研究提供思路和借鉴。 Diabetic nephropathy is one of the main causes of end-stage renal diseases. As an integral part of glomerular filtration barrier, podocyte plays an important role in the development of diabetic nephropathy. Podocyte is one of the important targets of pathological mechanism and pharmacological research on the therapeutic drugs of diabetic nephropathy. This article discussed the molecular mechanism of the protective effects of TCM and its active components on podocyte injury in diabetic nephropathy from the aspects of anti-deletion, anti-apoptosis, anti-oxidative stress, anti-epithelial-mesenchymal transition and regulating signal pathway, and provided ideas and references for research on treatment of diabetic nephropathy with TCM.
