中医药影响肺癌细胞自噬作用机制研究进展

Research Progress in Mechanism of TCM Affecting Autophagy of Lung Cancer Cells

自噬是存在于细胞内部,参与细胞再循环、再利用的一种复杂的生物学过程,对维持细胞内稳定状态起重要作用。自噬可影响肿瘤细胞的生长、发展、转移等,作为肺癌治疗潜在靶点,相关研究已成为该领域研究热点。近年研究表明,多种中药活性成分可诱导肺癌细胞自噬。本文对中医药影响肺癌细胞自噬机制研究进行综述,以期为肺癌治疗提供思路。

Autophagy is a complex biological process that is involved in the recycling and reuse of cells in the interior of cells, which plays an important role in maintaining the intracellular stability. Autophagy can affect the growth, development, and metastasis of tumor cells. As a potential target for the treatment of lung cancer, related research has become a research hotspot in this field. Current research has shown that a lot of active ingredients in TCM can induce autophagy in lung cancer cells. This article reviewed the research on the autophagy mechanism affected by TCM in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of lung cancer.
