摘要
为了解酸雨对彩叶桂花新品种紫嫣公主和虔南桂妃的胁迫特征,用模拟酸雨胁迫处理其植株。结果表明:在酸雨pH值4.0~6.0处理胁迫下紫嫣公主和虔南桂妃幼苗高生长受到的影响不显著,而pH值3.0酸雨胁迫下其幼苗的生长受到抑制,与对照存在显著性差异;酸雨胁迫对紫嫣公主和虔南桂妃的新生叶伤害与酸雨的pH值密切相关,不同浓度的模拟酸雨对植株的伤害程度表现不同,pH=5酸雨处理下紫嫣公主和虔南桂妃的伤斑不明显,pH≤4.0的酸雨胁迫下,给紫嫣公主和虔南桂妃的新生叶造成不同程度伤害,随着酸雨胁迫浓度增加(pH值越低),植株酸害指数增大,叶片酸害等级升高。紫嫣公主和虔南桂妃应避免在pH≤4.0的重度酸雨地区栽培。
In order to understand the stress characteristics of acid rain on the new varieties of Osmanthus fragrans Ziyangongzhu and Qiannanguifei, we treated the plants with simulated acid rain stress. The results showed that the growth of seedlings of Ziyangongzhu and Qiannan guifei was not significantly affected under acid rain stress with pH 4.0~6.0. Under acid rain stress with pH 3.0, the growth of seedlings was inhibited, and there was significant difference from the control group. The damage of new leaves of Ziyangongzhu and Qiannanguifei under acid rain stress was closely related to the pH value of acid rain. Various stress level of simulated acid rain to plants could cause different damage degree. The damage to Ziyan Gongzhu and Princess Qiannan Guifei was not obvious under pH 5 acid rain treatment. While under acid rain stress with pH<4.0, new leaves of Ziyangongzhu and Qiannanguifei had different degrees of damage. With the increase of acid rain stress concentration(the lower the pH value), the acid damage index of plants increased and the acid damage grade of leaves increased. Ziyangongzhu and Qiannanguifei should avoid cultivation in acid rain areas with pH value less than 4.0.
