摘要
建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定化妆品中氯霉素含量的不确定度评定方法。对化妆品中氯霉素检测过程中样品称量、前处理定容、样品溶液浓度等过程引入的不确定度进行评定。对各不确定度分量合成和扩展,得到化妆品中氯霉素含量为(38 615±2 286)μg/g,k=2。方法合理,计算精确,适用于其他化妆品中的检测成分的不确定度评定。
An evaluation method for the uncertainty in determination of chloramphenicol in cosmetics by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was established. The uncertainties in sample weighing, pre-treatment constant volume and concentration of sample solution in the detection of chloramphenicol in cosmetics were evaluated. The content of chloramphenicol in cosmetics was determined to be(38 615 ±2 286) μg/g, and k=2 according to the data treatment of these uncertainties. The method is reasonable and accurate. It is suitable for evaluating the uncertainty of the detected ingredients in other cosmetics.
