江苏运河文化带区域经济差异

On the economic differences in Jiangsu Canal Culture Belt

随着大运河相关规划的出台及落实,江苏运河文化带建设走在了全国前列.以1952-2017年江苏省各县级单元的地区生产总值和年末户籍总人口为数据源,以人均地区生产总值为评价指标,运用基尼系数模型、锡尔系数模型对江苏运河文化带经济发展差异进行实证分析.研究发现,江苏运河文化带经济发展水平在全省较高;江苏运河文化带经济差异呈先扩大后缩小的变化趋势,中运河、里运河、江南运河3个亚区间的差异是区域总差异的主要构成部分,3个亚区区内贡献率差异逐渐缩小,中运河亚区对区内差异贡献率最大.

With the introduction and implementation of the relevant planning of the Grand Canal, the construction of Jiangsu Canal Cultural Belt has been in the forefront of the country. Taking the regional GDP and population of each county-level units in the province from 1952 to 2017 as the data sources and the per capita regional GDP as the evaluation index, Gini coefficient and Theil coefficient models are used to make an empirical analysis on the economic development difference of Jiangsu Canal Cultural Belt. It is found that the level of the economic development of the belt is relatively high in the whole province, the economic difference shows a trend of expansion first and then reduction, the difference among the three sub-regions of the belt, including the Zhong Canal, the Li Canal and the Jiangnan Canal is the main component of the regional total difference, the difference in regional contribution rate among the three sub-regions is gradually decreased, and the contribution rate of the Zhong Canal is the largest among them.
