摘要
In the last two decades,the internet has been a great force in the shaping of Chinese society,one that is not only far-reaching but also comprehensive.Much research has been done on the internet from the perspective of the social sciences,but systematic analysis of this phenomenon from the point of view of the modernization of state governance is still rare.
