摘要 随着微创手术的蓬勃发展,使得内窥镜受到越来越多的关注;然而为了能够清楚地观察、诊断和治疗腹腔内的病变组织,在医用内窥镜中需要高分辨率的光学成像系统。对此,文中在选取合适的初始结构基础上,结合系统中选取合适的光学面作为非球面,并运用光学设计软件Zemax对其进行像差分析及优化设计。最终设计出了一款工作波段在600~800nm,相对孔径为F/2.0,全视场角为150°,焦距为0.136mm,系统总长为5.247mm的光学成像系统,成像质量较好,系统在150lp/mm处各视场传递函数值均大于0.55,各视场角的场曲均小于16μm以及相对照度均大于0.99。该光学成像系统能满足医用内窥镜所需要的设计要求,具有一定的实际应用价值。 With the rapid development of minimally invasive surgery,endoscope has received more and more attention.For more clearly observing,diagnosing and treating intraperitoneal lesions,an optical system with high-resolution is needed in the medical endoscope.For this problem,on the basis of the selected approximate initial structure and combing with the appropriate optical surfaces selected as the aspherical surfaces,the optical design software Zemax is used to analyze the aberration and optimization design.And an optical imaging system is designed,which has 600~800 nm wavelength,F/2.0 relative aperture,150°field of view(FOV),0.136 mm focal length and 5.247 mm total length.The image quality of the system is better,the modulation transfer function(MTF)in every field angle is more than 0.55 at 150 lp/mm,the maximum field curvature is less than 16μm and the relative illumination is above 0.99.The optical imaging system can meet the design requirements of medical endoscopes and has a certain practical application value.
