Objective:To investigate the application effect of Pulmonary Surfactant in newborns with pneumonia and influence for oxygen supply and oxygen consumption.Method:A total of 100 newborns with pneumonia from January 2015 to November 2018 were chosen for the study, and they were divided into the control group(n=50,routine treatment)and the observation group(n=50,routine treatment and Pulmonary Surfactant)according to the differences of treatment methods. Then the total effective rates after the treatment, symptoms and signs integral, oxygen supply and oxygen consumption indexes before and after the treatment of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The symptoms and signs integral, oxygen supply and oxygen consumption indexes of two groups before the treatment were compared, there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).The symptoms and signs integral, oxygen supply and oxygen consumption indexes of the observation group after the treatment were significantly better than those of the control group, there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of Pulmonary Surfactant in newborns with pneumonia is better, and its improvement role for the oxygen supply and oxygen consumption of newborns are active,so its application value in these newborns is higher.
