MTHFR C677T Gene Detection to Guide Precise Treatment of Hypertension

目的:研究MTHFR C677T基因检测指导高血压精准治疗。方法:选择2016年10月-2018年10月在本院进行治疗的44例H型高血压患者,根据干预方式不同分为对照组和研究组,每组22例。其中对照组采取常规血压干预,研究组实施生活与叶酸干预。观察两组的日常生活、Hcy、生化指标、BMI,并分析MTHFR基因型及不同基因型的Hcy水平。结果:干预后,研究组吸烟、饮酒、高动物蛋白饮食比例均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组的Hcy、总胆固醇、甘油三酯均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组干预前后的空腹血糖、尿素氮、BMI比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组的C/C比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组的C/T、T/T均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。T/T的Hcy水平高于C/T,且C/T的Hcy水平高于C/C,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:H型高血压患者Hcy水平明显较高,在建议该人群应该尽早做相关检测以检查是否发生高同型半胱氨酸血症,并早期叶酸干预。

Objective:To study MTHFR C677T gene detection to guide precise treatment of hypertension.Method:Forty-four patients with H-type hypertension treated in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 were selected.According to different intervention methods,the patients were divided into control group and study group,22 cases in each group.The control group received routine blood pressure intervention,the study group received life and Folic Acid intervention.The daily life,Hcy,biochemical indicators and BMI were observed,and MTHFR genotypes and Hcy levels of different genotypes were analyzed.Result:After intervention,smoking,drinking and high animal protein diet in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After intervention,Hcy,total cholesterol and triglyceride in the study group were all lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in fasting blood glucose,urea nitrogen and BMI between the two groups before and after intervention(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in C/C between the two groups(P>0.05),C/T and T/T in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The Hcy level of T/T was higher than that of C/T,and the Hcy level of C/T was higher than that of C/C,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of Hcy in patients with H-type hypertension is obviously higher,it is suggested that the population should be detected as soon as possible to check whether hyperhomocysteinemia occurs and early Folic Acid intervention.
