血清胱抑素C、血清β2-MG及全血hs-CRP与高血压肾病分期的关系探究

Relationship between Serum Cystatin C, Serum β2-MG, Whole Blood hs-CRP and Stages of Hypertensive Nephropathy

目的:探究血清胱抑素C、血清β2-MG及全血hs-CRP与高血压肾病分期的关系。方法:选取2017年9月-2018年9月本院诊断的90例高血压肾病患者为A组、90例高血压无肾病者为B组、90例健康者为C组。检测并比较三组血清胱抑素C、血清β2-MG及全血hs-CRP水平及阳性率,同时比较A组中不同高血压肾病分期患者的检测结果,分析血清胱抑素C、血清β2-MG及全血hs-CRP与高血压肾病分期的关系。结果:A组血清胱抑素C、血清β2-MG及全血hs-CRP水平及阳性率均高于B、C组,B组均高于C组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组中高血压肾病分期Ⅲ期者血清胱抑素C、血清β2-MG及全血hs-CRP水平及阳性率均高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期,Ⅱ期均高于Ⅰ期,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析结果显示,血清胱抑素C、血清β2-MG及全血hs-CRP均与高血压肾病分期呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论:高血压肾病患者的血清胱抑素C、血清β2-MG及全血hs-CRP均呈现高表达状态,且与疾病分期密切相关,因此在高血压肾病患者中具有较高的检测价值。

Objective:To investigate the relationship between serum cystatin C,serumβ2-MG,whole blood hs-CRP and stages of hypertensive nephropathy.Method:From September 2017 to September 2018,90 patients with hypertensive nephropathy diagnosed by our hospital were selected as group A,90 hypertension patients without nephropathy as group B and 90 healthy people as group C.The levels and positive rates of serum cystatin C,serumβ2-MG and whole blood hs-CRP in the three groups were detected and compared,and the detection results of different stages of hypertensive nephropathy in group A were compared.The relationship between serum cystatin C,serumβ2-MG and whole blood hs-CRP in three groups were detected and compared,at the same time,the detection results of different stages of hypertensive nephropathy in group A were compared,and the relationship between serum cystatin C,serumβ2-MG and whole blood hs-CRP and the stages of hypertensive nephropathy was analyzed.Result:The levels and positive rates of serum cystatin C,serumβ2-MG and whole blood hs-CRP in group A were higher than those in group B and C,and those in group B were higher than those in group C,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In group A,the levels and positive rates of serum cystatin C,serumβ2-MG and whole blood hs-CRP in stageⅢof hypertensive nephropathy were higher than those in stageⅠandⅡ,and those in stageⅡwere higher than those in stageⅠ,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum cystatin C,serumβ2-MG and whole blood hs-CRP were positively correlated with the stage of hypertensive nephropathy(P<0.01).Conclusion:The serum cystatin C,serumβ2-MG,whole blood hs-CRP of patients with hypertensive nephropathy show higher expression state,and they all have close relationship to the disease stages,so the detection value in the patients with hypertensive nephropathy are higher.
