地佐辛复合舒芬太尼用于术后静脉自控镇痛的临床研究

Clinical Study of Dezocine Combined with Sufentanil for Postoperative Controlled Intravenous Analgesia

目的:研究地佐辛复合舒芬太尼用于术后静脉自控镇痛的临床效果。方法:选择2017年5月-2019年2月本院收治的80例需要进行术后静脉自控镇痛的患者作为研究对象,按照镇痛方式分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用舒芬太尼进行镇痛,观察组采用地佐辛复合舒芬太尼进行镇痛,比较两组不良反应发生率及术后4~48 h镇痛和镇静效果评分。结果:观察组术后4~48 h镇痛和镇静效果均优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组恶心呕吐、呼吸抑制、心动过缓等发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:地佐辛复合舒芬太尼用于术后静脉自控镇痛的临床效果显著,值得在临床上广泛应用与进一步推广。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of Dezocine combined with Sufentanil for postoperative controlled intravenous analgesia.Method:From May 2017 to February 2019,80 patients who needed postoperative controlled intravenous analgesia were selected as the subjects.According to different analgesia methods,the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group,40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with Sufentanil for analgesia,while patients in the observation group were treated with Dezocine combined with Sufentanil for analgesia.The incidence of adverse reactions,score of analgesia effect 4 to 48 h after surgery and score of sedation effect 4 to 48 h after surgery of two groups were compared.Result:The analgesic effect and sedative effect between 4 and 48 hours after surgery in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of nausea,vomiting,respiratory depression and bradycardia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dezocine combined with Sufentanil has a significant clinical effect on postoperative controlled intravenous analgesia and can be used in clinical treatment.Therefore,it is worthy of wide application and further promotion in clinical practice.
