基于JCI理念的院前急救模式标准化改造

Standardized Reform of Pre-hospital First Aid Model Based on JCI Concept

目的:探讨基于JCI理念的院前急救模式标准化改造。方法:选取本院2017年4-10月急诊科院前急救诊治的120例患者资料作为对照组,同时选取2018年4-10月急诊科院前急救诊治的120例患者资料作为观察组,进行回顾性分析。对照组给予常规院前急救方案,观察组给予基于JCI理念的院前急救方案。比较两组现场抢救成功率、出车时间、到达现场平均时间、空车率、医疗纠纷率及患者满意度。结果:观察组现场抢救成功率明显高于对照组,且出车时间、到达现场平均时间、空车率及医疗纠纷率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者总满意率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于JCI理念的院前急救模式标准化改造能够有效缩短出车时间,提高抢救成功率,降低空车率,有利于提高院前急救患者的满意度,值得临床做进一步推广。

Objective:To discuss the standardized reform of pre-hospital first aid model based on JCI concept.Method:The data of 200 patients received pre-emergency treatment in the emergency department of our hospital from April to October 2017 were selected as the control group,while the data of 120 patients received preemergency treatment in the emergency department from April to October 2018 were selected as the observation group for retrospective analysis.The control group was given conventional prehospital emergency plan,and the observation group was given prehospital emergency plan based on JCI concept.The success rate of site rescue,departure time,the average time of arrival,the rate of empty vehicles,the rate of medical disputes and the satisfaction in the two groups were compared.Result:The site rescue success rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the departure time,average time to arrive,empty car rate and medical dispute rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The standardized reform of pre-hospital first mode based on JCI concept can effectively shorten the departure time,improve the success rate of rescue and reduce the rate of empty cars.It is helpful to improve the satisfaction of pre-hospital emergency patients,which is worth for further clinical promotion.
