头痛宁胶囊治疗偏头痛的疗效及对患者血清ICAM-1、NO表达的影响

Effect of Toutongning Capsule on Migraine and Its Effect on Serum ICAM-1 and NO Expression

目的:探讨头痛宁胶囊治疗偏头痛的疗效及对患者血清细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)、一氧化氮(NO)表达的影响。方法:选取本院2018年1月-2019年2月收治的74例偏头痛患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各37例。对照组常规口服盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用头痛宁胶囊治疗。比较两组疗效、治疗前后头痛症状及实验室指标情况。结果:治疗后,两组头痛发作频次、持续时间及程度均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为94.59%,明显高于对照组的78.38%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清ICAM-1、NO均明显低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:头痛宁胶囊可有效减轻偏头痛患者临床症状,明显提升临床疗效,其机制可能与下调ICAM-1、NO表达有关。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Toutongning Capsule on migraine and the expression of intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1)and nitric oxide(NO)in serum.Method:From January 2018 to February 2019,74 migraine patients admitted to our hospital were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional oral Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules.The observation group was treated with Toutongning Capsule on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,headache symptoms and laboratory indicators before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the frequency,duration and severity of headache in both groups were lower than those of before treatment,and those of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.59%,higher than 78.38%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum ICAM-1 and NO in the two groups were lower than those of before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Toutongning Capsule can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of migraine patients and significantly improve the clinical efficacy,the mechanism may be related to the down-regulation of ICAM-1 and NO expression.
