心理护理干预对幽闭恐惧症患者行磁共振检查的影响

Effect of Psychological Nursing Intervention on Magnetic Resonance Examination of Claustrophobic Patients

目的:探讨心理护理干预对幽闭恐惧症患者行磁共振检查的影响。方法:选取2017年1月-2019年5月本院需进行磁共振检查的幽闭恐惧症患者45例,按护理方式分为对照组22例、研究组23例。对照组仅予以常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上予以心理护理干预,比较两组干预效果、心理状态变化(SAS、SDS评分)以及护理满意度。结果:研究组干预总有效率95.7%,高于对照组的63.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,研究组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度100%,高于对照组59.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在幽闭恐惧症患者进行磁共振检查过程中予以心理护理干预,可提高干预效果,改善患者心理状态,提高护理满意度,值得在临床上广泛推广与应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention on magnetic resonance examination of claustrophobic patients.Method:A total of 45 patients with claustrophobia who need magnetic resonance examination in our hospital from January 2017 to May 2019 were selected.According to nursing methods,they were divided into 22 cases of control group and 23 cases of study group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the study group was given psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The effects of intervention,changes in mental state(SAS,SDS score)and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of intervention in the study group was 95.7%,which was higher than 63.6%in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 100%,which was higher than 59.1%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing intervention for claustrophobic patients during magnetic resonance examination can improve the effect of intervention,improve the psychological state of patients and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of wide clinical application.
