快速康复理念在前哨淋巴结活检手术治疗乳腺癌护理中的应用及对预后的影响

Application of Rapid Rehabilitation Concept in Nursing Care of Sentinel Lymph Node Biopsy for Breast Cancer and Its Effect on Prognosis

目的:探讨快速康复理念在前哨淋巴结活检手术治疗乳腺癌护理中的应用及对预后的影响。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年3月本院收治的乳腺癌患者50例,入组患者均接受前哨淋巴结活检手术治疗,按照随机数字表法将其分为两组。对照组应用常规围术期护理,研究组应用快速康复理念实施围术期护理,分析两组患者术后恢复情况。结果:研究组住院时间、术区愈合时间以及正常活动时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组中重度上肢功能障碍发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);术后1个月研究组CD8+低于对照组(P<0.05),CD4+、CD4+/CD8+均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于接受前哨淋巴结活检手术治疗的乳腺癌患者进行快速康复理念的护理干预,可以有效缩短术后康复时间,促进肢体功能恢复,对机体免疫功能恢复起到促进作用,且具有较高的安全性,可以在临床中进一步推广应用。

Objective:To explore the application of rapid rehabilitation concept in nursing care of sentinel lymph node biopsy for breast cancer and its effect on prognosis.Method:A total of 50 patients with breast cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to March 2019 were selected,all patients received sentinel lymph node biopsy.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the digital table method.The control group received routine perioperative nursing,while the study group received perioperative nursing with the concept of rapid rehabilitation.The recovery of two groups was analyzed.Result:The hospitalization time,operation area healing time and normal activity time of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of moderate and severe upper limb dysfunction in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After operation 1 month,the immune function index CD8+in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the immune function indexes CD4+,CD4+/CD8+were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention with the concept of rapid rehabilitation for breast cancer patients undergoing sentinel lymph node biopsy can effectively shorten the recovery time of patients after operation,promote the recovery of limb function,promote the recovery of immune function of patients,and has high safety,which can be further popularized and applied in clinic.
