多巴胺D3受体多态性与抑郁症患者快感缺失的关系 被引量:5

摘要 目的:分析多巴胺D3受体的多态性与抑郁症患者快感缺失的关系。方法:选取抑郁症患者96例为观察组,健康查体的健康人98例为对照组。观察组使用抗抑郁药物常规治疗,提取两组基因组DNA,采用RT-PCR方法检测多巴胺D3受体rs6280基因的多态性,比较两组及不同程度快感缺失者的多巴胺D3受体rs6280等位基因频率及基因型分布,比较观察组不同基因型者SHAPS评分。结果:观察组HAMD、SHAPS评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组及不同程度快感缺失者的多巴胺D3受体rs6280等位基因频率及基因型分布比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不同基因型者的SHAPS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:多巴胺D3受体rs6280基因多态性与抑郁症快感缺失具有一定关系,但抑郁症快感缺失患者不同基因型分布与其快感缺失程度未发现显著差异。 Objective:To analyze the relationship between dopamine D3 receptor polymorphism and anhedonia in patients with depression.Method:A total of 96 patients with depression were selected as the observation group and 98 healthy persons with physical examination as the control group.The observation group was treated with antidepressants.Genomic DNA was extracted from the two groups,the dopamine D3 receptor polymorphism rs6280 gene was detected by RT-PCR.The allele frequency and genotype distribution of dopamine D3 receptor rs6280 between the two groups and those with different degrees of anhedonia were compared,the SHAPS scores of different genotypes in the observation group were compared.Result:The HAMD and SHAPS scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The allele frequency and genotype distribution of dopamine D3 receptor rs6280 between the two groups and those with different degrees of anhedonia were compared,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in SHAPS scores among different genotypes in the observation group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The polymorphism of the dopamine D3 receptor rs6280 gene is related to the anhedonia in depression,but there is no significant difference between the distribution of different genotypes and the degree of anhedonia in patients with depression.
