搅拌工艺对水稳碎石均匀性与强度的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为了研究搅拌工艺对水泥稳定碎石混合料均匀性与强度的影响,采用集料筛分试验、水泥EDTA滴定试验以及无侧限抗压强度试验进行了普通搅拌工艺与振动搅拌工艺2种方案的对比研究。结果显示:第二次搅拌采用振动搅拌工艺,水稳混合料中关键筛孔通过率与水泥用量滴定结果的标准差与变异系数均明显减小,混合料搅拌均匀性得到显著改善;且显著提高了混合料7 d与28 d无侧限抗压强度,降低了强度标准差与变异系数。 In order to explore the effect of mixing process on the uniformity and strength of cement stabilized macadam,the comparison of common mixing process and vibratory mixing process was carried out by using aggregate screening test,cement EDTA titration test and unconfined compressive strength test.The results show that when the vibratory mixing process is applied to re-mixing,the standard deviation and coefficient of variation of the pass rate of key sieve in the cement stabilized macadam and the titration result of the cement are reduced significantly,and the mixing uniformity is noticeably improved.The unconfined compressive strength of the mixture for 7 d and 28 d is significantly improved,and the standard deviation of the strength and the coefficient of variation are reduced.
