摘要
为了探讨双层沥青路面的压实特性,通过室内马歇尔击实试验研究了摊铺工艺、混合料类型、结构层厚度对10 cm双层沥青路面压实的影响。摊铺工艺拟采用分层摊铺和双层一次摊铺;上面层混合料拟采用AC-13、AC-16,下面层混合料拟采用AC-20、AC-25;结构层厚度拟采用3 cm上面层加7 cm下面层、4 cm上面层加6 cm下面层、5 cm上面层加5 cm下面层3种组合。研究结果表明:压实度为98%时,采用双层一次摊铺工艺压实特性更优;从易于压实的角度考虑,建议采用双层一次摊铺工艺,10 cm双层沥青路面采用上面层3 cm厚AC-13加下面层7 cm厚AC-20的组合。
In order to investigate the compaction characteristics of dual-layer asphalt pavement,the influence of paving process,mixture type and structural layer thickness on the compaction of 10-centimetre dual-layer asphalt pavement was studied by conducting Marshall compaction test in laboratory.The layered paving and dual-layer paving were both to be applied.The mixture for upper layer was intended to be AC-13 or AC-16,while the mixture for lower layer would be AC-20 or AC-25.The structure would be among the combinations of a 3-centimetre upper layer and a 7-centimetre lower layer,a 4-centimetre upper layer and a 6-centimetre lower layer,and a 5-centimetre upper layer and a 5-centimetre lower layer.The results show that when the degree of compaction is 98%,applying the dual-layer paving process yields better compacting characteristics.From the point of view of easy compaction,it is recommended to use a dual-layer paving process,and the 10-centimetre dual-layer asphalt pavement adopts a combination of 3-centimetre upper layer of AC-13 and 7-centimetre lower layer of AC-20.
