CT及磁共振成像在急性阑尾炎中的诊断效果研究

Diagnostic effect of CT and MRI in acute appendicitis

目的探究CT及磁共振成像(MRI)在急性阑尾炎中的诊断效果研究,旨在为临床诊断急性阑尾炎患者提供相应的经验及依据。方法选取2016年4月至2018年4月期间在我院接受治疗的急性阑尾炎患者108例,接受CT检查的为62例,接受MRI检查的有46例。采用CT检查MRI检查患者的阑尾的位置、阑尾腔内部结构、阑尾周围脂肪密度改变及并发表现等。结果在我院接受治疗的急性阑尾炎患者108例,接受CT检查的为62例,接受MRI检查的有46例。CT准确诊断人数为56例,准确性为90.3%,MRI准确诊断人数为44例,准确性为95.6%。CT及MRI检查在阑尾直径、阑尾积气、结构清晰等方面对比差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);MRI检查及CT检查在阑尾壁厚度、粪石及周围渗出等方面诊数据差异对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CT检查在临床中具有价格方面的优势,空间分辨率及密度分辨率较高;MRI在定位方面具有一定的优势,在判断阑尾的位置上特别是同回盲部关系密切的阑尾中,MRI均能清晰显示。

Objective To explore the diagnostic effect of CT and MRI in acute appendicitis,aiming to provide corresponding experience and basis for clinical diagnosis of acute appendicitis patients.Methods One hundred and eight patients with acute appendicitis who were treated in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2018 were enrolled.Of the 62 patients who underwent CT examination,46 underwent MRI.The position of the appendix,the internal structure of the appendix cavity,the fat density around the appendix,and the concurrent performance were examined by CT examination.Results One hundred and eight patients with acute appendicitis who were treated in our hospital,62 underwent CT and 46 underwent MRI.The number of accurate CT diagnoses was 56,the accuracy was 90.3%,and the number of accurate MRI diagnoses was 44,with an accuracy of 95.6%.CT and MRI examinations showed no significant difference in the diameter of the appendix,the appendix,and the structure(P>0.05).The differences in the diagnosis of MRI and CT in the thickness of the appendix wall,fecal stone and surrounding exudation The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CT examination has the advantage of price in the clinical,high spatial resolution and density resolution;MRI has certain advantages in positioning,in the position of the appendix,especially in the appendix closely related to the ileocecal part,MRI Can be clearly displayed.
