摘要
目的探讨多层螺旋CT与超声在肠梗阻诊断中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2015年3月至2018年10月在我院行肠梗阻手术治疗者112例临床资料,均于术前给予多层螺旋CT、超声检查,以纤维结肠镜及手术结果作为金标准,对比超声、多层螺旋CT检查肠梗阻的诊断准确度、梗阻部位、梗阻原因、梗阻类型符合率。结果多层螺旋CT肠梗阻诊断准确率97.3%较超声的81.2%高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);多层螺旋CT梗阻部位符合率83.9%较超声的67.9%高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);多层螺旋CT梗阻原因符合率79.5%较超声的54.5%高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);多层螺旋CT梗阻类型符合率76.8%较超声的64.3%高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多层螺旋CT与超声均可对肠梗阻进行诊断,其中多层螺旋CT的准确度更好,应用价值更高。
Objective To investigate the effect of multi-slice spiral CT and ultrasound in the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction.Methods A retrospective analysis of 112 cases of intestinal obstruction surgery in our hospital from March 2015 to October 2018 was performed.All patients underwent multi-slice spiral CT and ultrasonography before operation.The results of fiberoptic colonoscopy and surgery were used as the gold standard.contrast ultrasound,multi-slice spiral CT examination of the accuracy of the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction,obstruction,obstruction,obstruction type coincidence rate.Results The diagnostic accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT intestinal obstruction was 97.3%higher than that of ultrasound,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The coincidence rate of multi-slice spiral CT obstruction was 83.9%higher than that of ultrasound,the difference was statistical.The significance of learning(P<0.05);the coincidence rate of multi-slice spiral CT obstruction was 79.5%higher than that of ultrasound,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the coincidence rate of multi-slice spiral CT obstruction type was 76.8%compared with 64.3 of ultrasound was high and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT and ultrasound can diagnose intestinal obstruction.Multi-slice spiral CT has better accuracy and higher application value.
