中药灌肠联合穴位贴敷对COPD肺功能及血气指标的影响

Effects of TCM medicine enema plus acupoint application on pulmonary function and blood gas index of patients with COPD

目的:观察中药灌肠法联合穴位贴敷对阴虚内热型慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(Acute Exacerbations of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease,AECOPD)患者在改善临床症状及肺功能指标方面的客观疗效。方法:选取43例试验组和43例对照组患者,均是符合标诊断准住院患者,对照组运用规范方案及穴位贴敷进行治疗,试验组增加玉女煎保留灌肠治疗。记录患者症状评分及肺功能[用力肺活量(Forced Vital Capacity,FVC),第一秒用力呼气容积(Forced Expiratory Volume in One Second,FEV1)]的变化,评价玉女煎灌肠联合穴位贴敷治疗AECOPD的疗效。结果:试验组中医症状评分及肺功能指标均高于对照组,经统计分析显示差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:玉女煎灌肠联合穴位贴敷对阴虚内热型AECOPD患者有较好的治疗作用,对患者症状缓解及改善肺功能指标优于对照组。

Objective:To observe the effect of TCM medicine enema plus acupoint application on clinical symptoms and pulmonary function indexes in patients with AECOPD of theYinxu Neire type(阴虚内热型).Methods:43 patients in the control group were given standard protocol and acupoint application;43 patients in the experimental group were treated by retention enema of the Yunv decoction(玉女煎)more.The changes of symptom scores and lung function(FVC,FEV1)were recorded;the efficacy of acupoint application on AECOPD was evaluated.Results:The TCM symptom score and lung function indexes in the experimental group were higher than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Yunv decoction plus acupoint application shows a good therapeutic effect on AECOPD of theYinxu Neire type,is better than the control group in relieving symptom and improving lung function.
