血府逐瘀汤加减治疗急性心肌梗死后心绞痛患者的临床价值研究

A study on treating angina pectoris after acute myocardial infarction with the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction

目的:研究血府逐瘀汤加减治疗急性心肌梗死后心绞痛患者的临床价值。方法:选择我院在2017年10月-2018年12月收治的急性心肌梗死后心绞痛患者86例,将其随机分为对照组(43例)与观察组(43例),对照组患者采用常规西药进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用血府逐瘀汤加减进行治疗,对比分析两组患者的治疗效果、心绞痛发作情况以及治疗前后的血清总胆固醇(Total Cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(Triglyceride,TG)指标。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的心绞痛发作次数、心绞痛发作时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗前的中医症状积分与对照组对比差异不明显(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者的中医症状积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组治疗前的血清TC、TG指标差异不明显(P>0.05),治疗后的血清TC、TG指标观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于急性心肌梗死后心绞痛患者采用常规西药联合血府逐瘀汤加减治疗效果显著,能够有效提高治疗效果,降低患者的血脂指标,缓解临床症状,有利于改善患者的生活质量,具有临床应用价值。

Objective:To study the clinical value of the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction(血府逐瘀汤)on angina pectoris after acute myocardial infarction.Methods:86 patients were randomly divided into the control group(43 cases)and the observation group(43 cases).Patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine.Patients in the observation group were treated with the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction more.The efficiency,angina attack,serum TC and TG in groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the number and duration of angina attacks were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the serum TC and TG between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05);and those in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Conventional western medicine plus the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on angina pectoris after acute myocardial infarction is effective,can improve the efficiency,reduce the blood lipid index,alleviate clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life,and has clinical application value.
