炙甘草汤治疗缓慢性心律失常的临床疗效的回顾性研究

Retrospective study on efficacy of the Zhigancao decoction on bradyarrhythmia

目的:主要围绕在治疗缓慢性心律失常患者时给予炙甘草汤对临床疗效的研究。方法:选取2016年7月-2017年12月在珲春市中医医院诊治的72例缓慢性心律失常患者,通过中心随机方式,分为观察组(36例)和对照组(36例)。将对照组(西药治疗)和观察组(灸甘草汤加减)结果进行比较。同时观察两组患者心率状况和临床疗效。结果:两组患者心率变化情况相比,观察组24时平均心率(60.52±6.25次/min)、24时平静心率(59.76±5.38次/min)、24时最慢心率(49.82±6.18次/min)、24时总心跳数(87854±7635次/天)高于对照组(57.71±5.73次/min、56.62±6.23次/min、46.87±5.19次/min、83226±7831次/天),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者临床症状缓解情况相比,观察组临床疗效总有效率(97.22%)高于对照组(80.56%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组中医症状积分相比,观察组中医症状总积分(1.28±0.44分)高于对照组(11.23±3.27分),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组各项症状改善情况相比,观察组胸闷(97.22%)、面色苍白(100.00%)、头晕(94.44%)、脉迟(97.22%)、口唇紫暗(91.67%)、畏寒肢凉(94.44%)、气短乏力(94.44%)各项症状改善情况优于对照组(83.33%、86.11%、75.00%、77.78%、88.89%、72.22%、77.78%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者心电图疗效改善情况相比,观察组临床疗效总有效率(91.67%)高于对照组(72.22%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:治疗缓慢性心律失常患者时给予炙甘草汤的临床疗效理想,心率状况和临床疗效得到有效改善,推广价值高。

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of the Zhigancao decoction(炙甘草汤)on bradyarrhythmia.Methods:72 patients were randomly divided into the observation group(36 cases)and control group(36 cases).The control group was given western medicine,and the observation group was given the Zhigancao decoction.Results:The average heart rate at 24 hours(60.52±6.25 beats/min),the calm heart rate at 24 hours(59.76±5.38 beats/min),the slowest heart rate at 24 hours(49.82±6.18 beats/time),and total number of heart beats at 24 hours in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The total efficiency in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total score of TCM symptoms in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of symptoms in the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The total efficiency in ECG in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Zhigancao decoction on bradyarrhythmia was effective,by improving heart rate,and is worthy of promotion.
