针灸联合常规治疗带状疱疹神经痛的疗效观察

Observation on treating postherpetic neuralgia by acupuncture plus conventional treatment

目的:研究探讨针灸联合常规治疗带状疱疹神经痛的疗效。方法:本实验于2017年1月-2018年6月在我院进行,以此时段内收治的带状疱疹神经痛患者80例为研究对象,随机均分两组各40例,以常规治疗的为对照组,以针灸联合常规治疗的为观察组,分析针灸联合常规治疗的价值,并对比两组的疗效、疼痛评分。结果:观察组有效率为92.5%,对照组为80.0%,观察组疗效较对照组高,疼痛评分低于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:带状疱疹神经痛患者进行针灸联合常规治疗,效果显著,可以增强疗效,减轻疼痛,改善预后康复,值得在今后的治疗中应用。

Objective:To study efficacy of acupuncture plus conventional treatment on postherpetic neuralgia.Methods:80 cases were divided into two groups,40 cases in each.The control group was given conventional treatment;and the observation group was treated by acupuncture more.Results:The total efficiency was 92.5%in the observation group,higher than 80.0%in the control group;and the pain scores in the observation group was lower,P<0.05.Conclusion:Acupuncture plus conventional treatment on postherpetic neuralgia shows good effects,can reduce pain and improve prognosis,and is worthy of promotion.
