低频电刺激吞咽治疗联合吞咽训练治疗吞咽障碍疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨吞咽障碍采取低频脉冲电刺激联合吞咽功能训练治疗的疗效。方法:选取我院接收的脑卒中合并吞咽障碍患者100例,入院时间为2016年6月-2018年6月,随机分为对照组(50例,予以吞咽训练治疗)与观察组(50例,予以低频电刺激吞咽治疗联合吞咽训练治疗),对疗效进行观察。结果:相比于对照组,观察组患者的临床有效率明显要高(P<0.05);同时,治疗后,观察组患者的饮水试验评分及标准吞咽功能评定量表(Standardized Swallowing Assessment,SSA)评分较对照组显著要低(P<0.05)。结论:吞咽障碍采取低频电刺激吞咽治疗联合吞咽训练治疗,疗效显著,具有临床推广价值。 Objective:To investigate the efficacy of low-frequency electrical stimulation plus swallowing training on dysphagia.Methods:100 stroke patients with dysphagia were randomly divided into the control group(50 cases,given swallowing training)and the observation group(50 cases,treated by low-frequency electrical stimulation plus swallowing training).The efficacy was observed.Results:Compared with the control group,the efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05).The drinking water test scores and SSA scores in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The low-frequency electrical stimulation plus swallowing training on dysphagia shows a significant effect,and clinical value.
