摘要
目的:探索推拿治疗交感神经型颈椎病的方法,观察临床疗效,以进一步改善治疗方案提供疗效。方法:将2016-2018年我科收治的交感神经型颈椎病且中医辨证为心阳痹阻型的100例患者进行分析总结,所总结患者均按本科制定推拿治疗方案治疗,且均完成1~2疗程治疗。结果:治愈率为76%,总有效率为98%。结论:采用本科制定的治疗方案对交感神经型颈椎病疗效确切,有效消除刺激交感神经的各种因素,调整神经功能,具有临床推广价值。
Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of massage on sympathetic cervical spondylosis.Methods:From 2016 to 2018,all patients with sympathetic cervical spondylosis of the Xinyang Bizu type(心阳痹阻型)were analyzed and summarized.All patients were treated by massage,for 1~2 courses.Results:The cure rate was 76%,and the total efficiency was 98%.Conclusion:Massage on sympathetic cervical spondylosis shows good effects,and is worthy of promotion.
