在电子商务产业迅猛发展的大背景下,物流行业也在急速前进。物流业的发展使我们的生活更加便利,但不可否认的是其行业内部也存在很多问题,例如快件的破损率和丢失率过高、滞留堆积情况严重、客户满意度低等。这些问题都会波及物流行业的发展,但造成这些问题产生的根本原因是高成本。基于此背景,我们分析了物流行业当前发展中存在的成本问题,借鉴国内外成本控制经验,进行进一步的研究。

In the context of the rapid development of the e-commerce industry,the logistics industry have been advanced sharply.The development of the logistics industry has made our lives more convenient,but it is undeniable that there are also many problems within the industry,such as the breakage rate and loss rate of express shipments are too high,the accumulation of deposits is serious,and customer satisfaction is low.It can exert negative influence on the development of logistics industry.It is the root reason of these phenomena that the excessive cost.In the context,the paper ananlyzed the cost problem existing in the current development of the logistics industry,and draws on the experience of cost control at home and abroad to conduct further research.
