纯电动汽车开发一般遵循V模型开发模式,从整车的性能、安全、质量、成本和电池可回收性能等方面的需求进行分析,对各系统进行匹配计算。根据整车性能目标分解到子系统的性能要求,知道系统设计和部件选型。细化各子系统的设计方案,确认开发实现过程中的测试,重点关注电池管理、热管理和机械设计。子系统完成后,进行系统集成开发。对于之前子系统定义的设计方案注意进行验证和测试。之后对整车进行匹配、标定和验证。系统设计需要借助于各种仿真分析软件进行优化,在系统集成测试时,可以对各系统目标进行验证和修正。
The development of pure electric vehicles generally follows the V model. From the performance,safety, quality, cost and battery recycling performance of the vehicle demand analysis, the system matching calculation is conducted. According to the whole vehicle performance target decomposed into the subsystem performance requirements, the system design and components selection are determined. Detailing design plan of each subsystem, confirming the test during development and implementation, and focusing on battery management, thermal management and mechanical design. After the subsystem is completed, the system integration development is carried out. The design solution defined in the previous subsystem is verified and tested. Then the vehicle is matched,calibrated and verified. The system design needs to be optimized with the help of various simulation analysis software, which could verify and correct system objectives during the system integration test.
